Seattle Children’s Onboarding and Orientation
As part of your orientation to Seattle Children’s, you must complete a series of Web-Based Training (WBT) modules as well as Epic Training. If you do not complete all of the assigned training before the first day of your rotation, you will be unable to report to your department until you have done so.

Maintaining Remote and Network Access
Your Okta account goes dormant after 90 days of inactivity. It is recommend that trainees access the Okta portal remotely or while on campus at least once every 60+ days. Additionally, Children’s network accounts go dormant after 90 days of inactivity but accessing the EMR should reset that counter.
